Refunds Policy
After receiving your item, you have 14 days to request a return according to our policy.
For a return to be accepted, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Unfortunately, our policy does not allow refunds or exchanges on sale items, only on those purchased at regular prices.
Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase and cover any applicable shipping costs.
Upon acceptance of your return, you will receive a return shipping label and directions on how to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
